Senior Manager of Data Systems (MCE 733-EB) The Senior Manager of Data Systems assumes ownership and responsibility for all server hardware and OS infrastructure services and provides ongoing operational guidance and hands on support for enterprise-wide technology resources. 24/7 support and responsibilities. Works closely and partners with Business, Networking, Applications and Programmers to meet expectations and goals. Evaluates the infrastructure on a regular basis with the Director and adjusts the architecture and operation to improve performance, reliability, scalability, cost efficacy, connectivity, flexibility, and productivity. Interacts with procurement to ensure budgetary control, timely delivery, and operational requirements. Develops, manages, and leads execution of annual business plans and budgets. Maintains regulations and guidelines such as those governing personal information privacy, HIPAA, and PCI. Plays a collaborative role in annual PCI Audit and compliance. Requirements
